Cortney
Cortney is a mother of 3 very active kiddos and works full time. She started out by jumping into the Intro to Macros program. She lost 12lbs and was feeling great, so naturally she inquired about 1:1 coaching. We started out with nutrition only coaching and Cortney was so consistent with hitting her macros. She went on to lose another 25lbs. At some point she made the decision to add workouts to her program, but the majority of her weight loss happened before she started workouts!!
Her goal was to continue to tone her body, which is why we added weight workouts. She’s not a fan of cardio and didn’t have a lot of time for workouts. We designed a weight lifting program according to her goals, preferences and schedules. She has now developed an appreciation for the weight workouts!
Since losing 35lbs, she went on to reverse diet! She now eats well over 2,000 calories a day and has not only maintained her weight loss, but it is also toning her body!! She has the tools to maintain her transformation and no longer needs the support from 1:1 coaching. She continues in Bootcamp programs as the workouts allow her to continue to getting stronger and toning her body!
