This program provides a variety of sample meal plans complete with substitution charts for switching up foods for your preferences. As you start out following the meal plans, the program will begin to teach you how to track macros and the benefits of doing so. It introduces concepts slowly to help you from feeling overwhelmed. Besides macro tracking, participants of this program also walk away having learned about and started practicing basic health habits that have significant impact on our weight loss goals and overall health!
This is a 6-week, self-paced course that is run online through a private Facebook group.
