We provide you with a sample meal plan based on your eating preferences and requirements.
Macro tracking tools, tutorials, and a “getting started” checklist.
We will work together to help achieve consistency with hitting your macros!
Consistent, unlimited communication including texting, phone calls, Marco Polo video app, and even Zoom.
Weekly check-ins to monitor your progress.
Coaching can be nutrition only or include workouts.
We encourage people to start with a 3 month bundle because it is important to develop patience with the process and your body as you seek to lose fat and make transformations!
